Exercise therapist, certified Master Trainer and fitness nutritionist, specializing in strength conditioning and maintaining longevity.

My Journey

I'm a native new yorker who grew up playing sports and trained as an elite athlete. I pushed my body beyond the limits back then - to look better, go faster, be stronger; but that regimen did a number on my body. I got Diabetes at the age of 40. It hit me hard mentally and physically.

In my head, I was too young to have a chronic disease and wasn't ready to be stuck on medication for the rest of my life. I needed to find a different way to live.

I became hyper-focused on ways to naturally slow down the process of aging. I tested, tweaked and engineered my way into a system that got my body to function on its own again. It wasn't through any groundbreaking ingredients or new-age body-hacks. I supplemented with proven ingredients (only what I needed and nothing more), ate and moved with purpose, and most importantly, kept my head focused on what's important - living life to its fullest for as long as I could.

My story is not unique. I come across this every day with my clients at AJA Fitness. Our programs have helped people move freely, become stronger and more resilient physically and mentally, and lighten the burden of aging. And that's all the reason I need to get up every day.
